What it is
A uniform is often the first physical expression of a brand that people encounter. It needs to feel recognisable while remaining comfortable, practical, and suitable for the people who wear it every day.
We developed a uniform system that translates the brand identity into functional workwear without sacrificing comfort or usability. Different roles and working conditions were considered throughout the design process.
From silhouette and fabric selection to colour, placement, and finishing details, each element was designed as part of one visual system. The result is a uniform that feels consistent across the team while allowing each role to work comfortably and confidently.
What we did
Defined the uniform system
We established the visual direction, functional requirements, and design principles that would guide the uniform across different roles and applications.
Studied the working environment
We considered movement, working conditions, daily routines, and practical requirements to ensure the uniform could support real activities rather than simply represent the brand visually.
Developed the apparel design
Silhouettes, colours, fabric choices, branding placements, and functional details were developed to create a consistent and recognisable uniform language.

What it is
Customers expect quick, relevant, and consistent support across every interaction. But as enquiries grow, customer teams can spend valuable time answering repetitive questions, searching for information, and managing routine requests.
We designed customer-facing AI agents that can understand customer intent, access relevant business information, and assist with common requests while maintaining the context of each conversation.
The goal was not to replace human support, but to create an intelligent first layer of customer interaction. AI agents handle routine conversations and tasks, while more complex or sensitive cases are routed to the right human team with the relevant context already available.
What we did
Mapped customer journeys
We analysed common customer journeys, frequently asked questions, service requests, and points of friction to identify where AI agents could improve the overall experience.
Defined agent capabilities
The agent was structured around specific customer needs, including information retrieval, request handling, recommendations, and escalation to human support.
Connected business knowledge
Relevant product information, policies, service details, and approved business knowledge were connected to the agent to support accurate and context-aware responses.
Designed conversational flows
Conversation flows were designed to help the agent understand intent, ask relevant follow-up questions, and guide customers toward the appropriate next step.

What it is
Many business workflows still depend on repetitive manual actions—moving information between tools, checking requests, sending updates, and routing tasks to the right people. As processes grow, these handoffs can become slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale.
We designed an AI-driven workflow automation system that allows agents to understand incoming information, determine the next step, and trigger the appropriate action across connected business processes.
Instead of automating isolated tasks, the system focuses on the complete workflow. AI agents work alongside existing tools to handle routine decisions, coordinate actions, and escalate processes when human input is required.
What we did
Mapped the workflow
We analysed existing business processes to identify repetitive actions, manual handoffs, decision points, and bottlenecks that could be improved through automation.
Defined automation logic
Each workflow was translated into clear triggers, conditions, actions, and escalation points, creating a structured foundation for AI-assisted decision making.
Deployed specialised AI agents
AI agents were assigned specific responsibilities within the workflow, allowing each agent to interpret information and perform tasks according to its defined role.
Connected tools and actions
Agents were connected to relevant business systems so they could move information, trigger actions, update records, and coordinate tasks across the workflow.

What it is
Content teams often work across multiple tools, channels, and deadlines. Without a connected process, valuable time can be lost switching between platforms, repeating tasks, and keeping content information up to date.
We built a Content Ops workflow where AI agents support the operational layer behind content production—from planning and research to organisation, review, and distribution.
Rather than replacing the creative process, the system gives teams an intelligent operational layer that handles repetitive work, keeps information structured, and helps content move smoothly from idea to publication.
What we did
Audited the content workflow
We mapped the existing content process to identify repetitive tasks, workflow gaps, approval bottlenecks, and areas where AI agents could reduce operational friction.
Structured the content system
Content briefs, research, assets, deadlines, and publishing information were organised into a consistent structure, creating a reliable foundation for AI-assisted operations.
Assigned specialised AI agents
Dedicated agents were designed to support specific operational tasks, from content research and briefing to quality checks, repurposing, and publishing preparation.
Connected the workflow
The agents were connected across key stages of the content lifecycle, allowing information and context to move between tasks without unnecessary manual handoffs.

What it is
AI agents are most valuable when they work alongside the systems and people already inside a business. Without the right integration, even a powerful agent can become another isolated tool that adds complexity instead of removing it.
We designed an integrated AI agent ecosystem that connects workflows, business data, and existing tools into one coordinated experience. Each agent is designed around a specific role while remaining connected to the wider workflow.
The focus was not simply to introduce AI, but to make AI work naturally within the existing business environment—supporting teams, automating repetitive processes, and keeping information moving between systems.

What it is
A digital financial application with no physical card or traditional touchpoint has a unique hurdle: it relies entirely on trust and seamless user habit. The commercial had to make an intangible service feel safer and more intuitive than physical cash.
We built the story around: The two seconds after someone realises they can manage their entire financial life without carrying a bulky wallet, then produced every UI screen frame in advance so legal and compliance signed off on the exact pixels that went to air.
What we did
Found the human moment
We stopped selling abstract technology and started filming the genuine relief of effortless daily transactions — a quick tap, a secure check, done.
Built the UI in camera
Screen content was pre-rendered and played back live on set, so stakeholders approved the exact frames that shipped instead of a placeholder mock-up.

What it is
Multi-location networks often struggle with brand consistency; local branches frequently rebuild national campaign materials manually—using mismatched fonts, stretched logos, and unauthorized color schemes. By the time promotions reach the showroom or local market, the brand looks fractured.
A locked template system: fixed typography, strict grid layouts, editable price points, localized addresses, and designated photo areas—with everything else securely locked.
What we did
Audited actual local requirements
Weeks of analyzing branch-level marketing showed recurring formats being recreated inefficiently across regions.
Locked the grid, freed the content
Type hierarchy, logo clear space, and core colors were hard-locked; while promotional pricing, unit photography, and local branch details remained the only editable layers.
Shipped a complete kit, not just a PDF

What it is
A welcome kit is a logistics problem wearing a design brief. It has to survive a courier, open well on camera, and cost the same whether it lands in Jakarta or Jayapura.
We designed the box around the shipping carton, not the other way round, and picked items by how well they survive three months of daily use rather than how they photograph on day one.
What we did

Box dimensions were set by the cheapest protective shipping size, which removed a layer of packaging entirely.

We rebuilt the production pipeline around natural viewing and listening behaviour — sharp visual hooks, a fixed sonic language, and one cohesive musical theme carried consistently across every cut down to 30 seconds.
What we did
Fixed the narrative language
One core hook, one visual rhythm, one tonal weight — applied to every scene and broadcast cut in the campaign.
Scored the story, not just the footage
Broadcast and digital delivery from one master
Print and screen from one file
The digital edition is generated from the same layout, so late number changes only had to be made once.

What it is
Company profiles often fail in the details nobody notices on a first glance: a script that reads like a corporate checklist rather than a story, pacing that loses the audience before the core message lands, or a generic stock track that undermines the brand's actual authority.
We built this company profile from the ground up, integrating precise narrative scripting with a custom-crafted audio landscape before a single frame was edited.
What we did
Scripting for real engagement
Narratives were stress-tested through structural drafts and pacing blocks, focusing on clear brand messaging and audience retention rather than buzzwords.
Rebuilt the visual & sonic system
Custom motion direction and original music composition replaced inherited, generic templates to match the client's actual market presence.
Specced for modular deployment
Every component is separately adaptable, allowing the client to re-edit or re-version specific segments for different platforms without breaking the master profile.

What it is
Every brand releases a digital video campaign, and most of them follow the exact same formula: predictable footage, rushed pacing, and an off-the-shelf track. The brief was to establish an unmistakable brand identity within the first five seconds.
We anchored the story in one specific, compelling action rather than a generic montage, and scored it with an original arrangement so the video stands completely apart in the digital feed.
What we did
Wrote one specific concept
A single, focused narrative carries the entire video — no confusing subplots, no heavy exposition.
Scored it originally
Planned the multi-format cutdowns first

What it is
A corporate kickoff lives or dies in the middle ninety minutes, when the numbers go up on screen and the sound design sets the emotional tone. Everything before it is warm-up and everything after is celebration.
We designed the run-down and original sonic branding backwards from that moment, building stage content and audio cues so regional results could be updated on the day without a designer in the room.
What we did
Built the run-down backwards
The target reveal and its custom audio sting were fixed first; the rest of the day was scheduled around holding attention for it.
Templated the live content & audio
Regional leaderboards update from a spreadsheet, and dynamic sound effects match the visual cues automatically.
Rehearsed the full show flow
Name pronunciation, walk-up music cues, and stage lighting transitions were run twice before doors opened.
